All 54 countries and territories in the Region of the Americas have reported COVID-19 cases and deaths. Since the 26 August 2020 PAHO/WHO Epidemiological Update on COVID-19 and as of 15 September 2020, 2,619,938 additional confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 74,670 deaths, have been reported in the Region of the Americas, representing a 21% increase in cases and a 17% increase in deaths.
